CancelLATIONS

We understand that plans can change and appointments can occasionally slip your mind, which is why we provide several reminders prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the services scheduled.

If you fail to arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, or do not arrive at all, the appointment will be considered a no-show and 100% of the scheduled services will be charged to the credit card associated with your account. If you do not have a credit card on file, a Booking Hold will be placed on your account until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
